About GRIM
GRIM operates as an organization, not a friend list. A corporate hierarchy, appointed leadership, departments, an internal economy, and permanent personnel records — inside World of Warcraft: Forever.
Structure
Ten ranks from Initiate to CEO. Departments for Finance, Recruitment, Operations, Technology, HR, Community, and Marketing. Rank is earned; positions are appointed; recognition is separate from authority.
Identity
The black suit is the brand; the guild tabard is the uniform. Disciplined, professional, and somewhat mysterious. Members belong to an institution.
Membership
Anyone can join as an Initiate and see how we operate. Full membership is earned through onboarding, sponsorship from existing members, and leadership approval.
Accountability
Dues, contributions, and decisions are recorded. The treasury funds guild events, strategic profession investments, and reserves — with full accounting.
